Director of Sales and Business Development

We are looking for a talented sales professional to fill the role of Director of Sales and Business Development at SimCorp A/S. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the institutional sales space.
About the PositionThis role will be based in Toronto and will require travel to client and prospect locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on institutional clients. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $139,000.00 - $200,000.00 USD, plus an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new accounts through prospecting and networking
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and initiate and manage sales dialog with key decision-makers
- Effectively communicate Axioma and SimCorp's value proposition to clients
- Solve customers' challenges by applying a combination of technology, business, interpersonal, and professional experience
