About the Opportunity

Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a Senior Director of Sponsorship Sales to join our team. As a key member of the Sinclair Sports Group team, you will be responsible for identifying, soliciting, developing, and negotiating sponsorship opportunities with national partners across Tennis Enterprises, Tennis Channel assets, and the SSG Audio group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies to generate revenue growth for Sinclair Sports Group
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and other stakeholders to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform sponsorship sales strategies
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and lead a team of sponsorship sales professionals to drive business results

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Sponsorship Sales (League, Agency or Media Company)
  • Proven track record of selling/executing integrated client partnerships
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sponsors
  • Collaborative leadership style
