Job Title: Sales Account Executive - Multi-Family Communities

Ziply Fiber is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Ziply Fiber's high-speed internet and voice solutions to multi-family communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales and growth in assigned territories
  • Build and maintain relationships with multi-family community managers and residents
  • Conduct proactive discovery analysis with new prospective customers
  • Develop and present sales presentations/proposals on products and services that meet customers' needs
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to support sales activities

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Must have access to reliable transportation
  • Must be enthusiastic, persuasive, persistent, and able to handle rejection in the selling process
  • Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service in a calm, professional manner
