Job Overview

Ziply Fiber is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling telecommunications and network connectivity services to business customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales principles and a proven track record of success in hunting new business relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell telecommunications and network connectivity services to business customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Prospect, cold call, and sell our Fiber Optic telecom products
  • Build and maintain a consistent sales funnel and pipeline
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years' experience hunting, developing sales & closing deals
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
  • Experience in a long-term sales cycle environment (90+days)
  • Experience selling into a variety of industries and territories
  • Passionate about and thrive in a culture of learning and teaching
  • Capacity to work on cross-functional projects and teams
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com or willingness to learn
  • Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel as needed
