As a Hospitality Specialist, you'll play a critical role in promoting our full product suite and building strong relationships with local business owners and restaurant operators.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent SpotOn in your local community, offering advanced technology solutions to help businesses thrive
  • Travel to and from client sites within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new business owners and merchants
  • Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, growing a portfolio of clients and hitting sales targets
  • Sell software and point-of-sale solutions, as well as payment processing, to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with our Sales Support team to achieve monthly sales performance goals

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants
  • Proven track record of delivering against sales goals, with a metrics-oriented approach
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
