Job Overview:
This position is focused on the development and maintenance of control systems for food processing machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various PLC development software to effectively manage machinery and processes.
  • Design and maintain automation schemes for a diverse range of current and future machinery.
  • Develop Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems for enhanced user interaction.
  • Establish and maintain industrial networking for control systems.
  • Ensure the implementation of safe and efficient systems tailored to operational needs.
  • Create detailed flow diagrams for programming, simulation, and testing phases.
  • Assist in the creation of schematics and layout designs for electrical panels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, adapting existing applications to meet evolving requirements.
  • Document technical procedures and user guides for operational applications.
  • Provide training for technicians and service personnel on both new and existing control systems.
  • Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant electrical codes and regulatory standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in PLC and HMI development.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical motion control systems.
  • Experience in systems engineering and automated testing.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Three years of programming experience with PLCs is preferred.
