Position Overview

This role is essential in aiding management's strategic planning and decision-making processes by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating critical financial information while recommending actionable insights. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively across various levels and departments within the organization to forecast, analyze, and report on financial activities across a cross-functional framework, contributing positively to the company's culture.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience
  • Experience should encompass:
  • Development of budget and forecast models for business outcomes
  • Preparation of Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements reflecting projected business performance
  • Deliverables for forecasting across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines
  • Creation of program or product-level financial forecasts
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, reporting research findings, and database design
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities, along with effective presentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates the monitoring of financial performance by gathering and analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and creating standard templates for regular distribution, ensuring quality and accuracy with a focused analytical review
  • Assesses the company's financial condition by comparing actual results with forecasts and plans; investigates discrepancies; identifies trends; and recommends actions to management
  • Compiles and evaluates financial data for various programs and conducts variance analysis between actual and expected costs
  • Coordinates with the Corporate office regarding the submission and review of requested forecasting and budgeting information
  • Provides financial analysis support to Program Managers and other managers as needed
