Position Overview:

As a vital member of the finance team, the Analyst will play a key role in evaluating financial information, delivering actionable insights, and crafting reports that facilitate informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine financial data to generate precise and timely Profit & Loss statements, pinpointing essential drivers and trends influencing financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to offer financial insights that enhance commercial decision-making processes.
  • Provide continuous financial analysis to bolster business operations, including variance assessments and forecasting.
  • Design and execute financial models to aid business functions, encompassing pricing strategies, investment evaluations, and resource distribution.
  • Engage with cross-departmental teams to uncover opportunities for process enhancements and drive efficiencies in financial reporting.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance is preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the proficiency to interpret complex financial data and derive insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling the establishment of relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in a commercial or business-facing finance role is highly desirable.
  • Capacity to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic environment.
