The Field Marketing Manager for the Auto / Manufacturing sector will collaborate closely with sales leaders to not only drive business growth but also identify opportunities to transform how companies leverage AWS services.

Your responsibilities will include gathering market intelligence and customer insights to inform the marketing strategy tailored for Auto / Manufacturing clients.

You will prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact, develop comprehensive multi-channel marketing plans, and employ a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Collaboration with various teams and agencies will be essential. The ideal candidate will possess a results-oriented mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish mechanisms for collecting market and customer insights to guide business strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and stakeholders to create and implement a distinctive marketing strategy for AWS.
  • Oversee the execution of the marketing plan through teamwork and leveraging shared services and agencies.
  • Enhance customer experiences by focusing on their needs throughout the buyer's journey.
  • Innovate by generating new ideas and creative solutions.
  • Identify ways to utilize existing materials and campaigns while encouraging customer participation in broader programs.
  • Coordinate with other marketing teams to provide necessary messaging and assets to support marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports on activity outcomes, campaign performance, and ROI, using data to make timely adjustments and spot trends.
  • Share plans and tactics with team members to facilitate best practices.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.

The AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team is dedicated to driving revenue and growth across various customer segments, from small and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level clients, including the public sector. Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience
- Proficiency in using data and metrics for improvement
- Experience with Excel or Tableau for data analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Experience working within cross-functional marketing teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing multi-territory campaigns
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content production processes
