We are seeking a part-time individual who can work during the week and/or on rotating weekends. Flexibility in scheduling is available, but candidates must have at least one weekday available and be willing to work 2-3 weekends each month. This role involves various manual tasks essential for supporting our event operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to instructions from supervisors to maintain and clean facilities, ensuring we surpass client expectations.
  • Perform cleaning duties in rooms, hallways, restrooms, parking lots, offices, and other designated areas according to established checklists.
  • Set up and dismantle event equipment following the specified floor plan, which includes moving tables, chairs, linens, and other items, including navigating stairs.
  • Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, pressing, and folding linens and towels.
  • Handle dishwashing duties, including washing, drying, polishing, sorting, and storing dishes.
  • Execute cleaning tasks for Airbnb properties according to standards, adhering to time-sensitive schedules.
  • Support events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and festivals in a janitorial/setup capacity.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation for events.

  • Punctuality for scheduled shifts is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently complete assigned tasks. Candidates should prioritize and manage incoming tasks effectively.
  • Possess a smartphone with phone, text, and data capabilities, ensuring consistent access to email communication. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and guests, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations. Adaptability to changing priorities is crucial.
Benefits:
  • Hourly compensation ranging from $15.00 to $17.00, based on experience and shift timings.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move 50 lbs. without assistance and lift 20 lbs. overhead.
  • Must have the stamina to work 8-hour shifts while on foot.
  • Possession of a vehicle for transportation between locations is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for driving company vehicles.
  • Ownership of a cell phone with a data plan is essential.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
  • Availability on weekends is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is required.
  • A clean criminal history is necessary.
