Key Responsibilities
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure our facilities are maintained and cleaned, enabling us to surpass our client's expectations.
- Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, parking areas, offices, and other workspaces according to established checklists.
- Set up and dismantle event equipment according to the specified layout. This includes moving and arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other supplies, which may involve navigating stairs.
- Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, pressing, and folding towels and linens.
- Wash, dry, polish, sort, and store dishes.
- Clean rental properties according to established standards. These tasks are time-sensitive.
- Assist during events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and festivals in a janitorial/setup capacity.
- Support with food and beverage preparation for events.
- Arrive on time for work as scheduled.
- Work independently to complete all assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Ability to manage and prioritize incoming tasks and requests is essential.
- Possess a smartphone with phone, text, and data capabilities, ensuring consistent access to email communication. Provide exceptional customer service to our visiting clients and guests. Must be able to think critically and solve problems, even in high-pressure situations. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities are necessary.
- Hourly compensation of $15.00-$17.00, based on experience and shift timings.
- Must be capable of lifting and moving 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs. overhead.
- Must have the stamina to work 8-hour shifts on your feet.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to work (travel between locations may be required).
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (driving company vehicles may be necessary).
- Must own a cell phone with a data plan.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Must have a clean criminal background.
- Willingness to comply with our Workplace Wellness Policy is essential.
