Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our brand and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop clear, concise, and compelling content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, email campaigns, print ads, and in-app messages.
  • Content Management: Oversee the management, editing, writing, and delivery of content in coordination with the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Content Review: Review and approve content created within the company and by contracted contributors.
  • Content Strategy: Work with company Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other team members to develop projects and ideas that align with our marketing goals.
  • Content Asset Development: Aide in the re-development of content assets, such as infographics and videos, to expand our reach beyond written content.
  • Content Organization: Manage and organize all written marketing content within our SharePoint platform.
  • Industry Knowledge: Participate in relevant training and agency visits to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Travel: Travel for industry events may be required 2-3 times per year.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communication, or journalism is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in content creation and asset management is a plus.
  • Skills: Use and understanding of AP Style Guide, well-organized with clear communication skills, writing experience with articles, email, and social media is a plus, bi-lingual is a plus, understanding of common project management software, understanding of SEO, along with the impact of keywords and backlinks.
