Compensation and Work Environment

  • Base Salary: Commensurate with experience.
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonuses and commissions available.
  • Hours: Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Work Environment: Regular hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with potential for additional hours and occasional weekend work as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and content creation strategies.
  • Familiarity with LYFE Marketing's services and mission.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot, DigitalMarketer) are advantageous.
  • Previous experience in management, customer service, or working with small businesses is a plus.
