Job Overview

CRH, a leader in the outdoor living solutions sector, is seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand presence and narrative across our diverse family of brands, including Belgard, Barrette Outdoor Living, MoistureShield, PebbleTec, and Techniseal. This role is pivotal in collaborating with various teams to implement our long-term marketing strategy aimed at boosting brand recognition, engagement, and conversion metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Initiatives:
    • Oversee continuous website improvements, including the development of new wireframes and updated landing pages, while organizing and disseminating necessary assets.
    • Manage digital projects by collecting and structuring essential data for site integrations, including CRM systems and shared resources.
    • Implement regular website updates and maintenance, monitoring progress effectively.
    • Design impactful customer journeys and campaigns that facilitate movement through the sales funnel.
    • Collaborate with Social Media and Brand Managers to foster online customer engagement.
    • Assist with SEO and SEM campaigns as required.
    • Identify innovative strategies to increase traffic to CRH’s digital properties.
  • Content Creation & Brand Messaging:
    • Gather and curate content that supports and enhances our comprehensive solutions narrative.
    • Work alongside Brand Managers to utilize shared content effectively, communicating our brand promise.
    • Support public relations and internal communications with brand updates, preparing bios, and managing interview requests.
    • Collaborate with sales and brand leaders to develop training materials and curricula that enhance our solution-selling capabilities through presentations, videos, and internal communications.
  • Brand Management & Analytics:
    • Maintain oversight of CRH brand standards and monitor competitive positioning.
    • Distribute approved assets, logos, and promotional materials that bolster brand engagement and sales efforts.
    • Coordinate with creative agencies to leverage their expertise while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project goals.
    • Develop and maintain a marketing communications calendar of events and initiatives for the brand.
    • Generate reports and presentations for tracking key performance indicators, campaign progress, and strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights based on data analysis.
    • Assist with various projects, including competitive analysis, market research, internal communications, collateral design, digital asset management, and the production of branded video content.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely in both verbal and written formats.
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to requests and challenges.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
