Job Title: Customer Care Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Advisor to join our team at Evergreen Bank Group. As a key member of our Digital Banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our external customers via phone, email, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other digital channels.
  • Assist customers with loan information, payoff amounts, statement questions, and other banking-related inquiries.
  • Process general account maintenance, including transferring funds, ordering checks, and updating account information.
  • Assist customers with online banking needs, including establishing access, resetting PINs, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Collect payments over the phone for current loan customers.
  • Quote deposit rates and general loan rates, and accurately describe and recommend deposit, loan, and convenience products.
  • Assess customer needs and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Respond to debit card inquiries and assist with use of the Bank's mobile app, bill pay, and telephone banking systems.
  • Process outbound wire transfer requests.
  • Meet monthly performance and sales goals.
  • Ensure operational integrity through compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of related experience preferred.
  • Previous teller and/or banking experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Jack Henry SilverLake a plus.
  • Basic understanding of mathematics and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including proper phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain high level of personal integrity and confidentiality.
