This position reports to

Multi-Site Human Resource Business Partner

Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will have the chance to formulate and execute people strategies through the implementation of HR processes. Each day, you will deliver HR support for a designated team or location, collaborating closely with respective managers. You will also demonstrate your expertise by representing HR within the business and building robust relationships with all business leaders and employees. The work model for this role is hybrid. This position contributes to the Process Automation Measurements & Analytics division. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring a significant overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in collaboration with the functions and Shared Services.
• Supporting the business and executing HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle by identifying and delivering the optimal approach in your area of responsibility and executing HR priorities while enhancing business value.
• Collaborating with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.
• Facilitating change management initiatives and promoting behavior change and continuous improvement within the respective business area.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required.
  • 3+ years of HR experience is required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
  • A passion for technology and innovation.
  • Candidates must possess work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the US.
