Role Overview
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assist the store manager in ensuring the store operates smoothly, is well-presented, and adequately staffed.
Organize and relay daily task assignments to the Customer Experience Representatives.
Communicate sales objectives to the Customer Experience Representatives.
Ensure targets are met while identifying areas needing merchandising focus.
Adhere to pre-opening, post-opening, and closing protocols.
Engage and motivate our customers on the sales floor.
Foster meaningful connections.
Create a warm and inviting atmosphere in our stores.
Utilize our products to narrate stories.
Add joy to our customers' experiences.
Curate specific product selections tailored to each customer you encounter.
Leave a lasting impression.
Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week, including a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.
Prior retail leadership experience is preferred.
