• Develop Your Expertise: Gain the ability to comprehend, draft, and negotiate contract terms that define the commercial and legal relationship between Phillips 66 and its partners by formulating suitable agreements, securing necessary contract approvals, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and managing supplier interactions.
• Evaluate and Innovate: Extract and analyze data to offer insights into market trends and spending behaviors while effectively supporting business objectives through cost modeling, leveraging strategic partnerships, and engaging in comprehensive business planning.
Job assignments may be located in various operational sites, providing opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements for a Phillips 66 University Graduate:
Basic/Required:
• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Preferred:
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale
• Previous internship experience with Phillips 66
• Prior internship or co-op experience in a related industry
• Willingness to work at any of our operational locations
