Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Multi-Site Human Resource Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the chance to shape and execute the people strategy through the implementation of HR processes. Your daily responsibilities will include providing HR support for a designated team or location by collaborating with respective managers. You will demonstrate your expertise by representing HR within the business and fostering robust relationships with all business leaders and employees. The work model for this position is hybrid. Your contributions will support the Process Automation Measurements & Analytics division. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring a valuable HR contribution to the business in collaboration with various functions and Shared Services.
• Supporting the business in executing HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle by identifying and delivering optimal approaches in your area of responsibility while prioritizing HR initiatives that add value to the organization.
• Collaborating with managers to develop and implement effective people strategies.
• Leading change management initiatives and promoting behavior change and continuous improvement within the designated business area.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of HR experience is required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
  • A passion for technology and innovation is important.
  • Candidates must possess valid work authorization to work for ABB in the US.
