Dealership Reception and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Mark Mazda Scottsdale. As a key member of our dealership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our sales and service departments.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and professionally, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the telephone switchboard, demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette, and transfer calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the front desk area, including the lounge and copy area, ensuring they are stocked and organized at all times.
- Dealer Plates and Loaner Vehicles: Assign and keep records of dealer plates and loaner vehicles, ensuring accurate tracking and management.
- Customer Transactions: Process payments from customers according to their financing profiles.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond to and resolve customer needs and problems.
- Organizational Skills: Possess strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel is required.
