Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, and answer inquiries from guests.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Filing and Organization: Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
  • Communication: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
