Role Overview:

The Reception Specialist plays a vital role in establishing a welcoming atmosphere for patients and prospective clients. This position requires an individual who can foster trust and rapport with visitors, ensuring they feel valued and cared for during their interactions with our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist patients and visitors, creating a comfortable and inviting environment.
  2. Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and cancellations with accuracy.
  3. Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  4. Keep the refreshment area stocked and tidy for patient comfort.
  5. Process check-ins and payments in accordance with established procedures.
  6. Provide detailed information about our AirSculpt services to interested patients.
  7. Utilize computer systems proficiently while safeguarding patient information.
  8. Answer phone calls in a professional manner, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked.
  10. Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and achieve clinic goals.
  11. Exhibit a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive work environment.
