Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Registration Coordinator. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registration and Scheduling: Perform a variety of registration and scheduling duties, including verifying patient information, processing payments, and coordinating appointments.
  • Patient Communication: Act as the first point of contact for patients, answering phone calls, responding to voicemails, and providing directions and instructions.
  • Chart Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and communicated to healthcare providers.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including data entry, scanning, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Fingerprint Clearance Card and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
