About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Director of Clinical Outreach to lead our national sales efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of brain health and driving business growth.

About the Role

The National Director of Clinical Outreach will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive national sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and referral goals. This includes overseeing a team of Regional Clinical Outreach Directors, leading market expansion, and driving data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and referral goals.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of regional sales plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize market data, trends, and competitive intelligence to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Establish and nurture high-value relationships with key referral partners, including healthcare and legal professionals, schools, churches, and community organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets to expand the organization's reach and impact.
  • Actively participate in negotiations and high-stakes meetings to secure key partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales organizations, achieving revenue growth, and building strong referral networks.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience overseeing geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and data analysis platforms.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare markets, referral dynamics, and fee-for-service business models.

Compensation and Benefits
