Position Overview:

We are in search of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to enhance our expanding People & Culture team. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to the organization on HR-related matters, fostering strong relationships with employees and driving HR initiatives that align with our organizational objectives.

This role will be situated in our headquarters, a dynamic workplace where innovation and collaboration are paramount.


Our in-office schedule is designed to promote collaboration and relationship building while ensuring flexibility and well-being, with a mix of in-office and remote workdays.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for employees and managers seeking guidance on policies, procedures, and inquiries.
  • Consult with leadership at all levels on performance management and improvement plans to drive business success.
  • Provide coaching on employee relations and recommend preventative measures to align with our high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to lead recruitment efforts and ensure the selection of top-tier candidates.
  • Work alongside the People & Culture Centers of Excellence to implement HR initiatives across corporate functions and manufacturing.
  • Identify training needs within business units and individuals, participating in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure effectiveness.
  • Educate and coach managers on People & Culture initiatives and annual processes, acting as change agents to support them.
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews, gathering employee feedback and advising leaders accordingly.
  • Facilitate employee engagement at the business unit level and consult on effective strategies for success.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices to minimize risk exposure.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an HR generalist in employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and employment law.
  • Strong listening, relationship-building, and collaboration skills; demonstrating transparency and accountability.
  • Ability to communicate key messages clearly and concisely through verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements:

  • A BA/BS degree is required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources focusing on employee relations, performance management, policy governance, and coaching.
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
  • Extensive understanding of employee relations principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence various areas of the organization.
