Job Summary

Centennial Hotel and Granite Restaurant & Bar is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources/Accounting Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and ensuring accuracy of documentation for all current and termed personnel files, including PTO management, disciplinary, wage administration policy, new hire paperwork, garnishments, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of documentation for all current and termed personnel files
  • Work closely with Corporate HRD to administer all insurance benefits to eligible employees
  • Support all departments in all staffing and recruiting needs
  • Work closely with GM to manage consistency and accuracy of Associate Performance Evaluation policy
  • Report and process paperwork for all guest incidents and workers compensation insurance claims
  • Lead and execute quarterly All Hotel Meetings/Parties
  • Manage all incoming cash that is received by associates at the hotel
  • Responsible for issuance and reimbursement of Petty Cash to all hotel employees/managers
  • Acts as hotels Income Auditor and reviews Daily Report for errors, omissions, transpositions, etc.
  • Monitor year end Accounting/Payroll/HR Assignments
  • Administer payroll processing and maintenance of time clock system
Requirements
  • Some Accounting experience
  • 2+ years Human Resource management, hotel environment preferred
  • Payroll experience
  • Familiar with web-based accounting systems
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Proven communication, leadership and management skills
  • Clean work habits with great attention to detail
  • Able to furnish a valid drivers license. Reliable transportation (some driving required)
