Job Summary

ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the effective and efficient operations of our Human Resource department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering frequently asked questions from applicants and employees.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with preparation of human resource reports, such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments and managers to ensure the smooth flow of information and documentation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications with proven experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, including new hire onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
