Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of human resources, including talent management, training and development, performance management, and labor law compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Human Resources Department to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
- Work with HR Coordinator and Hiring Managers to identify and recruit potential employees to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Develop and implement workforce well-being programs to eliminate staff burnout.
- Respond to and represent the organization during unemployment or labor claims.
- Lead and coordinate all employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement policies that are legally compliant, resolve organizational issues, and are approved by the Board.
- Ensure all prospective candidates are appropriately credentialed and that background checks and drug screens are performed prior to hiring.
- Coach and counsel managers and supervisors on handling difficult employee relations issues.
- Ensure performance management is implemented throughout the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and at least five years of managerial experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field. A Master's degree in Business or Human Resources Management is desired. You must also have Society of Human Resource Management Certification (SHRM) and be knowledgeable of all areas of Human Resources Management.
