Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Cabarrus Community Health Centers, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Human Resources Department and providing strategic guidance on all aspects of human resources management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement human resources strategies to support the organization's business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the best candidates are hired for each role
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws and HRSA requirements
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in healthcare
- SHRM certification and knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
