About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Sound Decisions. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and making a significant impact on our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within your designated area.
  • Lead and Mentor a Sales Team: Foster a high-performing team by providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure individual and team goals are met.
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Analyze market trends and identify potential markets and business opportunities to establish and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Use sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and maximize sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Develop and present regular sales reports to senior management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Oversee Sales Operations: Ensure daily sales operations comply with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: A degree in business administration or a related field is required.
  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
