Job Summary

The Senior Account Executive role is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and implementation of sound selling strategies. This individual will be responsible for prospecting and closing sales to new customers, as well as managing existing business relationships to achieve budgeted sales and price goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sound selling strategies to achieve revenue growth
  • Prospect and close sales to new customers
  • Manage existing business relationships to achieve budgeted sales and price goals
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to preserve business and secure contract agreements
  • Handle customer cancellation requests and provide ongoing education of contract details
  • Resolve customer service escalations within the defined territory
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in direct business-to-business sales, business-to-business cold calling, and phone-based business-to-business prospecting. The candidate will also demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and think strategically.

Work Environment

This role will primarily operate in a professional office environment, requiring the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines.
