Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee general accounting functions, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.
- Manage the annual budgeting process, including pricing strategies and cash flow management.

- Provide strategic financial advice to enhance the company's profitability and sustainability.
- Oversee project invoicing, payments, and financial reporting for project managers.
- Manage credit and collections to optimize cash flow.
- Develop procurement and payment policies in collaboration with design and production teams.

- Manage tax liabilities and ensure timely reporting.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration with a focus on accounting; professional certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, particularly in the construction sector.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Buildertrend and Smartsheet is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated work ethic and accountability, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
