Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Sr. Supervisor to join our Finance team at Systems, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating payment, analyzing accounts, and mitigating risk for domestic and international dealer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate payment and analyze new and existing accounts to identify opportunities for risk mitigation
  • Establish payment plans for mid-level to higher dollar account portfolios and work with trade payment insurance to manage accounts
  • Provide backup support to the team and direct work for basic, lower-level accounts, including reviewing contracts, AIA billing, and certifications
  • Review and approve open orders within the given portfolio for higher-risk accounts
  • Assist with subscription billing and monitor accounts for issues, recommending adjustments in payment terms or credit limits as needed
  • Recommend accounts for escalated collection activity and work with outside collection agencies or other third parties
  • Provide direction and guidance for the cash app and collection team, coordinating with sales, customer service, warranty, and billing to resolve issues
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Motivate and lead a high-performance team by attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining team members
  • Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback, and facilitating employee development
  • Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to the team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and regular interpersonal communications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of credit or related experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • General understanding of credit business law
  • Basic knowledge of accounting practices
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen
