Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Ascent Auto. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service: Demonstrate and sell new Lexus and pre-owned vehicles, as well as financial services offered by the dealership.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough knowledge of Lexus products and services, current inventory of vehicles, and competitive vehicles and services.
- Customer Satisfaction: Exceed customer satisfaction goals by providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Professional Development: Attend all required training classes and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions with colleagues and clients.
- Business Conduct: Conduct all business with honesty, integrity, and in accordance with our company values, code of business conduct, and policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Legal Eligibility: Is legally able to work in the United States.
- Driver's License: Must have a driver's license and maintain insurability.
- Pre-employment Screening: Pre-employment drug screen.
- Licensing: Must be able to obtain a Nevada Sales License.

Compensation:
Guarantee pay of $1250 per bi-weekly pay period for up to the first 3 months of employment or until conversion to the generous commissioned pay plan.
