Job Summary

The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for building a book of business by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and other lead sources. This role requires an upbeat and positive attitude, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills. We value teamwork and seek individuals who can collaborate effectively with their colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and other lead sources
  • Build a book of business and maintain existing relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish: Required for effective communication with customers
  • Property & Casualty License: Required for insurance sales
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required for this role
  • 1+ Years of Sales Experience: Preferred, but not required
  • Proven Track Record of Sales Success: Required for this role
