Job Overview

Robert Lanier Farmers Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and present customized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license required.
