Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate retail sales of mobile devices, tablets, smartwatches, and related services while providing outstanding customer service
- Generate additional sales through innovative marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Department and community events
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Penn Foster's wireless products and services; demonstrate product capabilities
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks
- Develop and track action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to foster relationships and adapt to a diverse clientele
- Motivation and a strong desire to learn, grow, and excel
- Proficiency with technology and a quick aptitude for learning about wireless products
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
