Position Overview

The Marketing Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the In-House Marketing Manager by overseeing the daily functions and efficiency of the In-House Marketing Team. This position involves participating in the recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management of team members.


Key Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise the In-House Marketing personnel: conduct interviews, facilitate hiring and training processes; assign tasks, oversee work, and carry out performance evaluations; inspire, reward, and implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to marketing penetration standards established by management. Generate daily reports, including but not limited to, Daily Arrival Report, Daily In-House Report, and Owner Arrival Report. Prepare and submit daily and weekly status reports in a timely manner, highlighting show factors and penetration rates.
  • Collaborate with In-House and Front Line sales management regarding available tour seats and anticipated tour flow. Work closely with sales teams on updates or modifications to marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records of invitations and daily tour manifests for reference. Address any issues related to tour statuses, bookings, and coding. Manage departmental supplies effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements

Minimal travel is expected for this role.


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Training Requirements
  • No specific training required.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; must uphold a high level of professionalism.
  • Capability to effectively coach, counsel, and motivate team members.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, particularly in challenging situations.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.

Experience
  • Minimum of two years of marketing experience, preferably in the vacation ownership sector.

Compensation

Starting salary generally at $66,560 per year, plus commissions and bonuses. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors, including experience, education, skills, and work location.
