We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at IES - Residential. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business operations and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee recognition programs, conduct employee surveys, and provide feedback to management on employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and HR, providing clear and concise communication on HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a proven track record of success in HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, with experience in recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management.

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
