Job Overview:

About the Role:

This is a full-time Temp-Hire position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $18 per hour. If you have exceptional customer service skills, a strong proficiency in Excel and Word, and excellent organizational abilities, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for logging and tracking client requests accurately, distributing updates and information to relevant staff members, and managing monthly reports as required. You will also collaborate closely with our account manager to meet client needs and work with various teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong proficiency in Excel and Word is essential, as is excellent organizational ability. You should be able to work independently and efficiently, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
