About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Omni Inclusive. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for assisting in planning work priorities, coordinating specific tasks and activities within a project workflow, and ensuring effective transition into production.
">- Assist in planning work priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate specific tasks and activities within a project workflow, including review of existing processes and coordination of modifications.
- Compile project status reports, manage project schedules, and identify and resolve technical problems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, issue straightforward communications to limited audiences, and work under supervision in coordinating specific components and project work activities.
About You
">We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. You should have experience with Microsoft Project application (server version preferred) and Office Professional Suite, as well as knowledge of MS Visio and IT functions and disciplines.
">- PMI certification is an asset.
- Advanced degree or equivalent work experience required, preferably in IT Project Management.

">As an Administrative Services Coordinator at Omni Inclusive, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
