About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecom Sales Professional to join our team at Clearwave Fiber LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our expanding service territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your sales expertise to identify and pursue lucrative opportunities within our target markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers to understand their connectivity needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales Manager to ensure work requests are addressed promptly and the sales pipeline is flowing smoothly.
  • Meet and present to customers to showcase the value of Clearwave Fiber's offerings and exceed daily sales objectives.
  • Seal the deal by establishing clear terms and conditions of sales, leaving no room for ambiguity.
  • Submit sales orders, reports, and queries promptly and accurately to maintain a steady workflow.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the telecom industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills that captivate customers and command attention.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent, coupled with a thirst for knowledge and growth.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate CRM systems and sales tools with ease.
  • A customer-centric mindset that puts client satisfaction at the forefront of every interaction.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed, fueled by your passion for exceeding expectations.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to use your personal vehicle for company-related activities.
