Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bi-Lingual Sales Professional to join our team at Weldon Law Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our sales goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a bi-lingual fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for maintaining the client database, communicating with prospects, and converting them into qualified leads. You will also be responsible for recording monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals, and ensuring they are being met.

We are looking for a sales professional who is able to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with exceptional service. You will be working closely with other members of the team to develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, CRM software, and be able to enter information into client databases. You will also have excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the client database to ensure the sales team can access current information on all leads
  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
  • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
Requirements
