**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business in the established geographical territory of Southwest Texas. The ideal candidate will build relationships through in-person sales calls to manufacturing plants, warehouses, engineering firms, and other critical environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop the technical knowledge and skills required to present and sell a full line of ventilation products and engineered solutions.
  • Develop industry expertise of regulatory standards and certification classifications.
  • Work with in-house design and estimating teams to ensure customer proposals are detailed and accurate.
  • Provide professional presentations and proposals.
  • Work with management in developing forecasts and business plans.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree – (Business or Engineering preferred)
  • 5 years of professional sales experience (Ventilation or HVAC a plus, but not required)
  • Technical aptitude to work with engineers and designers
  • Ability to access and present to C-Suite personnel and engineers
  • Willingness to travel as needed to manage business in all corners of the SW Texas territory
