Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new opportunities across the Top 1000 construction contractors in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and outreach to potential clients to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conducting research to identify key decision-makers and their business needs.
  • Creating and delivering customized sales presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving results through outbound prospecting.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects, build relationships, and articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Ability to work in a high-velocity, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm.
  • 2+ years of outbound sales development experience, preferably in construction technology.
  • Proven track record in outbound opportunity generation and business development.
  • Salesforce proficiency preferred.
  • SalesLoft proficiency a plus.
  • ZoomInfo proficiency a plus.
