Role Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in executing daily marketing initiatives for WRBP, WRPros, and various product lines, focusing on trade shows, events, strategic alliances, architect initiatives, and loyalty programs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Trade Shows and Events: Act as the primary contact for regional trade shows, media events, and strategic partner gatherings, overseeing attendee management, logistics, and the creation of promotional materials.
  • Lead Management: Oversee the lead generation process and assess the return on investment for campaigns linked to events and trade shows.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to maintain an updated trade show calendar and develop event outlines.
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in creating relevant trade show and event campaign materials, website content, and promotional tools for assigned brands.
  • Content Review: Ensure brand consistency by proofreading copy and artwork.
  • Social Media Engagement: Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify social and industry trends, crafting engaging content for both new and existing customers.
  • Architect Programs: Support the management of architect-related initiatives such as CADdetails, BIMSmith, and AEC Daily.
  • Special Programs: Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to develop and manage specialized programs, including contractor training and architect presentations.
  • Pros Perks Program: Aid in the management of the Pros Perks Program by understanding its functionalities, approving new members, managing exclusions, and developing promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary technologies applicable to marketing and the building products sector.
  • Proficient project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to translate business and technical concepts into functional specifications.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and events.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.


Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
