Role Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the daily marketing functions for WRBP, WRPros, and all associated product brands. This encompasses responsibilities related to trade shows, events, strategic collaborations, architect initiatives, and loyalty programs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for regional trade shows, media events, and strategic partner gatherings, ensuring smooth coordination and logistics.
  • Oversee the lead management process and assess the return on investment for campaigns linked to events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain an organized trade show calendar and comprehensive show outlines.
  • Assist in creating impactful trade show and event marketing materials, web content, and promotional tools for designated brands.
  • Ensure brand consistency by proofreading all marketing materials, including copy and artwork.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions to develop compelling social media content that resonates with both new and existing customers.
  • Support architect-related programs such as CADdetails, BIMSmith, and AEC Daily.
  • Work alongside the marketing and product management teams to facilitate special programs, including contractor training and architect presentations.
  • Manage the Pros Perks Program by overseeing member approvals, exclusions, reporting, and the development of new promotional initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a solid understanding of contemporary technologies applicable to the marketing and building products sector.

Strong project management abilities and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.

Flexibility to travel for trade shows, events, and vendor meetings.


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
