This role encompasses involvement in the planning, creation, execution, maintenance, and oversight of associated budgets, programs, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade exhibitions and events - serve as the primary contact for all regional trade shows, media gatherings, and strategic partner events, ensuring attendee coordination, logistics management, and asset development to support these occasions.

Accountable for overseeing the lead generation process and analyzing ROI for campaigns linked to events and trade shows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep the trade show calendar and event outlines updated.

Contribute to the creation of relevant trade show/event marketing materials, online content, as well as sales and marketing tools, promotional campaigns, and social media communications for designated brands.

Review and edit copy, graphics, and other materials to ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging.

Engage actively in discussions about social and industry trends to create compelling and engaging social media content that attracts both new and existing customers.

Assist in managing architect-related initiatives such as CADdetails, BIMSmith, AEC Daily, etc.

Collaborate with the marketing and product management teams to aid in the development, execution, and oversight of specialized programs such as contractor training and architect presentations.

Support the Pros Perks Program by understanding its functionalities, approving new participants, managing exclusions, generating reports, and designing new promotional campaigns and training initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing setting.
Strong understanding of contemporary technologies and their application in marketing and/or the building products sector.
Project management capabilities.
Ability to facilitate teamwork and collaborate effectively in a group environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals, both internal and external.
Capacity to manage multiple tasks and excel in a deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to convert business and technical concepts into functional specification documents.
Willingness to travel for trade shows, events, and vendor meetings.

Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
