Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is a leading strategic services provider catering to both commercial and governmental sectors. We are currently in search of a dedicated Project Manager/Operations Manager.
Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess intricate textual and quantitative data to compare alternatives and recommend enhancements in processes, operations, or policies.
- Oversee, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of all contract-related activities.
- Strategically plan and manage tasks effectively.
- Identify resource needs and associated costs.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Delegate tasks to team members.
- Track task progress and compile progress reports.
- Review deliverables prior to submission.
- Engage in effective communication with management at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborate with client management, including the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Maintain databases and generate ad hoc reports as required.
- Adapt program organization as necessary to ensure optimal contract support.
- Ensure quality assurance for team deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret security clearance is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Accounting, or a closely related field.
Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of six (6) years of direct experience in a program management capacity.
- A combined total of ten (10) years in project and program management roles.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) policies and directives is essential.
