  • Oversee, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of all contract-related activities.
  • Strategically plan and manage tasks effectively.
  • Identify resource needs and associated costs.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Delegate tasks to team members.
  • Track task progress and compile progress reports.
  • Review deliverables prior to submission.
  • Engage in effective communication with management at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate with client management, including the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • Maintain databases and generate ad hoc reports as required.
  • Adapt program organization as necessary to ensure optimal contract support.
  • Ensure quality assurance for team deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Active Secret security clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Accounting, or a closely related field.

Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of six (6) years of direct experience in a program management capacity.
  • A combined total of ten (10) years in project and program management roles.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) policies and directives is essential.
