Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our automotive industry solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Insights: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this insight to inform product decisions.
  • Product Development: Own and drive products/features from ideation through implementation, launch, and iterative enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and other teams to craft amazing product experiences that delight our customers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish rapport with colleagues across all departments, including Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Sales, Business Development, and work collaboratively with them to streamline communication and processes.
  • Industry Trends: Track industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to your product, and help define the product roadmap to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience within B2B SaaS.
  • Execution: Demonstrated ability to execute on a product roadmap while working with offshore resources and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders to manage expectations and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product updates, milestones, and strategy to internal stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity: Exceptionally curious about new products and how users will respond to them, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Empathy: Deep understanding of how customers think, with the ability to accurately predict how changes will make them feel.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage constructively in debate and discussion with colleagues and peers.
Preferred Skills:
  • Automotive Industry Experience: Experience working in the automotive industry, specifically with different aspects of dealership management systems.
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background, with experience building complex enterprise-level B2B software.
  • MBA: MBA from a top-tier global business school or equivalent experience.

The salary range for this position is $169,800 - $229,800. This position is eligible for equity compensation.
